The Creation

OK so we know the name may be a little confusing to write but we don’t are not fussed as to how you express it - &/or, and/or, AND OR, & OR - whatever really :)

The main thing is that we exist and frankly the world needs us to exist.&/OR is the vehicle that we (Eugene Hooks & Stirling Fletcher) apply over 40 years of combined expertise to problems across design, product & procurement.

The idea for &/OR started while Eugene sat within a design stream team of consultants that Stirling managed, for a sizeable workplace project in Perth, Australia. While working together we found too many opportunities for improvement and decided we would do something about.

Quite simply: AND = Both of our expertise. OR = Opposite to Above. Really this just gives flexibility to offer services that are super lean at one end of the spectrum through to super complex at the other.

What we do is Circularity Consulting. But we are not just looking to turn linear models in to self-fulfilling circular streams. We operate through the lens of human and environmental wellbeing and our goal is to enhance value for all stakeholders within the systems we have a hand-in.

We are super pleased with the work Nikita Demetriou carried out on our logo. We feel it represents us very well.
